Shipping

Most of Huvro’s items are made to order, meaning that they aren’t created until after an order it placed. In the event that you order a ‘made-to-order’ item, it can take up to 7 days until your order ships. Depending on our order volume, this is subject to change.

All items shipped domestically (within the USA) utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS). Items shipped using this method will arrive to you in 3-5 business days. Shipping via USPS is a flat rate of $7 per order.

  • Orders totaling over $100 domestically qualify for free shipping.

Items shipped within Canada also utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS). Items shipped using this method will arrive to you in 4-8 business days. Shipping to Canada via USPS is a flat rate of $10 per order.

  • Orders totaling over $150 that are bound for Canada qualify for free shipping.

Items shipped internationally utilize Federal Express (FedEx). Items shipped using this method will arrive to you in 3-24 days, depending on location. Shipping via FedEx is a flat rate of $25 per order.

  • Orders totaling over $200 internationally qualify for free shipping.

Returns

Huvro is committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 21 days of delivery date with original packaging and wrapping. Item(s) must be in new condition, unused and unworn. Item(s) needs to be authorized with an RMA number before they can be returned to us. An RMA number can be received by filling out our return form.

Once you’ve received an RMA number you can repackage your order and ship it to us via carrier of your choice.

  • We do not accept returns after 21 days from delivery date.
  • If you believe your item(s) were damaged during shipping, we require that you contact use within 3 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.
  • While our return process is free, the cost of shipping the item(s) back is the responsibility of the customer
  • We hold the sole discretion on accepting or denying return requests.
  • If your item(s) are lost, please contact your local shipping office (USPS — Domestic, FedEX — International) and inquire using your given tracking ID number. If they cannot resolve the item(s) location, please contact us.

Refunds

Once your item(s) have been received by us, will will inspect and notify you of your refund status. If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund. The refund can be seen in your original payment method within 3-14 days, depending on your card issuer’s policy, although it is often times as quick as 1-2 days.

  • Refunds will processed with the original payment method.
  • Refunds are approved or denied via our sole discretion.
  • You will be notified via email of refund status.

Exceptions

While we allow returns & refunds on most of our items, there are a handful of exceptions including but not limited to items tagged as:

  • B-Stock
  • C-Stock
  • Clearance
  • Customized // Personalized
  • Prototype
  • Seasonal
