Please fill out the form below to request a warranty fulfillment for any defects in craftsmanship. Please note that leather scratches or aging is quality of full-grain leather and does not warrant defects. The most common issue that may arise is stitching that comes undone. Saddle-stitching is a hand-done process that insures the integrity of the binds are rock solid, even if a single bridge between stitching holes has been undone. In the event that multiple thread bridges have come undone, please reach out and we can make things right!
